How do I know whether I have rats or mice?
Rat droppings are noticeably larger than mouse droppings, and rats leave bigger gnaw marks and burrows. Mice can squeeze through very small gaps and are more often found inside cupboards and false ceilings. Our inspection identifies the species so the right traps and proofing are used.
Are bait stations safe around children and pets?
Bait is placed inside secured bait stations positioned along rodent runs and out of reach where possible. Tell us about children and pets before the visit so we can plan placement, and do not open or move stations once they are installed.
How do you stop rats coming back?
By finding and closing the gaps they use to get in, removing food sources and rubbish, and checking stations on follow-up visits until activity stops.
