Pest control in Lusail
Lusail is a newly built city north of Doha, with recently completed residential towers, villas and commercial buildings and continuing construction. New buildings are not automatically pest-free, and the construction stage is the best time to protect a building against termites.
Pest control for new buildings in Lusail
Pests can arrive in a brand-new building with furniture, packaging and deliveries, or move in through drains and service openings that have not yet been sealed. An inspection before or soon after moving in is a simple way to catch problems early.
For buildings still under construction, anti-termite treatment of the soil beneath and around the foundations has to be timed with the contractor's programme, before slabs are laid. Completed buildings can be protected with perimeter treatment and bait stations.
Lusail's waterfront, marinas and irrigated landscaping create places where water can stand, so mosquito breeding sites around homes and podium gardens are worth checking.

Pest control in Lusail: common questions
We are moving into a new apartment in Lusail. Should we book pest control?
It is worth booking an inspection. New buildings can still have pests that arrived during construction or with deliveries, and treating an empty apartment before your furniture arrives is easier. If the apartment also needs cleaning after the builders, we can arrange that too.
Can you treat a building in Lusail before it is finished?
Yes. Pre-construction anti-termite treatment is applied to the soil at foundation stage. Contractors should contact us early so treatment can be timed with the building programme.
